How we print!

Flex printing is of course a word creation. It is a print that is pressed onto a textile using a flexible polymer film and a transfer press.

The flex film is processed using a cutting plotter. This cuts the letters and logos into the polymer layer. In the next step, this film is freed of everything that should not come onto the textile - so-called weeding.

The print layer is on a carrier film, which also allows free-standing elements to be transferred.
Flock printing is basically the same as flex printing only that the film appears a little thicker or velvety.
The screen printing process is a so-called direct printing. The textile is printed directly with a special color. Another so-called wet printing process. In contrast to the transfer, the color here is still wet.

A very old technique is used here - the screen - to obtain a stencil for serial printing. Here you can create a tool with the preliminary work of the sieve production, which is designed for repeated use and with which you can then produce a print run. Suitable for smaller runs up to large runs.

There are virtually no limits to colors in the screen printing process. The color can be mixed here specifically for production according to your specifications. The color mixing process allows all colors of your CD (corporate design).
